i had been suffering from strong pain in my liver/gallbladder area for 2 weeks and all of my regular remedy's (tinctures, etc) were not bringing me relief.. I went to be with dispel darkness on my upper right side abdominal area and then woke the next morning pain free. 🙂

DUDE! 2 days after doing dispel darkness and today (forgive me if too graphic) a mass of parasites just left my body while partaking in #2. !! this is why the pain left....

Now Im speculating that possible effects that should be noticeable may be, darkening of hair, smoothing of skin, elasticity of joints, but its likely this will vary in results from person to person and its likely that the specific areas of noticeable regression will differ from person to person, but Im guessing that results of somekind should be noticeable.
Also, it may take one full lunar cycle of constant play time before these effects start kicking in, but when they do start to kick in, I would think the body should surge at that point, although its likely that a new unique freq must then be generated for the new lunar cycle.

Have been looking at various ways to 'unwind' aging and promote regeneration. Computing interplay of involved various cosmic radiations in this process.

Am projecting, if this can be done at all, a set of anti-aging audio files will likely be needed to do proper overall job. But here is the first one, a primer to get the process rolling, after which more targeted anti ageing frequencies might be introduced.

I wrote in about sticking a knife into my finger a few days ago. It was a freak accident that left a gaping hole in the inside of the web of my index finger, the impact of which also caused some bruising and definite swelling. Hi - I'm new to the list and fascinated with Doc's work! I sure
appreciate all the demonstrations done on the frequencies up to this
point.

I used the DNA Free Kit yesterday in the morning around 10am - I had
skin response all day into the night and woke this morning feeling
incredibly well.

I am healthy and just wanted to see how this frequency would feel.

The skin reaction was like waves of goose bumps moving up my legs for
quite a few minutes at at time periodically throughout the day.

The clusters of waves were intense when I laid down for bed last
night. I would estimate they lasted for about an hour coming on,
receding and coming back. Also, a great deal of heat in my legs - I
kept throwing the covers off to cool down.

Question - is this frequency recommended to use often or sparingly?
